Mango fish curry

Ingredients

Fish 1/2 kg


Onion Chopped (small) 6


Ginger chopped 1/4 tsp


Garlic 1


Fenugreek powder 1/4 tsp


Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


Chilli powder 3 tsp


Coriander powder 1 tsp


Mango 1 cut in to 2 inch pieces


Green chilli 2


Curry leaves a few


Salt to taste


Directions

Fry coconut in a pan. When half of its done add onion, ginger and garlic till its smell goes. Grind this ingrediants to paste. Add sufficient water with this grinded paste and allow to boil with green chillies, turmeric powder, mangoes and curry leaves. Add salt and mix well. Add cleaned fish when it is boiled and cook till its gravy become thick. Finally add curryleaves.

what absurd thing is written here?????? there is absolutely no corelation with the ingredients stated and the method used 2 prepare it.what happened 2 the coconut milks & the tomato .see 2 it these types of blinders are rectified before putting it online.Its a disgrace 2 our state.Thank you
