Sprouted Moong Dal Parata

Ingredients

Sprouted moong 1 cup


Onion cut finely 2 tbsp


wheat flour 1/4 cup


Cumin seeds 1 tbsp


Pepper powder 1 tsp


Coriander leaves a few


Lemon juice 1 tsp


Red chilli powder 1 tsp


Oil as needed


Salt as required


Directions

Mix flour, water, oil and salt, knead to dough. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add cuminseeds, chillies, onion saute well. Add moong, chilli powder, salt and saute till moong is slightly cooked. Once it is little soft, add coriander leaves and salt.

When cold, grind the mixture coarsely. Squeeze juice and mix well.

Make balls from the dough and stuff the above mixture and close, roll with a pin. Cook on tava adding oil.

Tips of the day
To make samosas crisper add some cornflour to the maida for dough.
