Ingredients

Banana 2
Maida 1/2 cup
Rice powder 3 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Turmeric a pinch
Oil for frying


Directions

Make smooth batter with maida, rice powder, sugar, salt, turmeric and little water. The batter should not be more watery. Cut banana into four pieces. Again cut in to halves. Heat oil in a pan. Dip each piece into the batter and place it on the pan and fry both the sides till golden brown.

Tips of the day
To remove tomato skin easily, soak them in very hot water for 10 minutes. Remove, peel and then use as required.
