Directions
Clean the prawns very well. Marinate the prawn with turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and shallow fry it and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Saut? mustard, when it splutters, add curry leaves, diced onions and fry them well till they turn golden brown. Add one diced capsicum, ginger garlic paste, tomato and red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Mix it well adding little water. Add the shallow fried prawn to the masala. Finally add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
