Ingredients

Egg 4
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Milk 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil 3 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp


Directions

Break eggs and beat well. Add milk and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it spluter. Then add onions and fry it till golden brown. Add ginger paste ,garlic paste and green chillies. Then add tomatos and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well. Then add beaten eggs and stir well.

Tips of the day
To remove excess salt in any gravy,make some tiny balls of roti dough and let them simmer with the gravy. They absorb excess salt.Remove them before serving.
