Cheese Dosa

Ingredients

Cheese grated 50 gm
Dosa batter as required
Onion chopped 1
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 3


Directions

Grease a flat tava very lightly. Pour a ladleful of mixture on the tava and spread it quickly with the back of the ladle. Pour a little oil on the sides and cover for a few seconds. When one side is cooked, turn and cook the other side, wait for few seconds and turn back again. Sprinkle some grated cheese all over and a few bits of green chillies, onion and fresh coriander. Wait till the heat of the dosa melts the cheese. Serve as it is or fold into half and serve.

Tips of the day
Instead of keeping Coriander leaves in plastic bag, if u put it in paper bag and then put it in a zip lock it will last long.
