Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 cups
Methi leaves 1 cup
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger chopped 2 tsp
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Salt as per taste


Directions

Grind ginger and garlic. Mix wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and salt with water and make into a smooth dough. Add mathi leaves and mix well. Keep it half an hour. Make small balls and roll out small chappathis. Place these chappathis on tawa and cook both sides by adding little ghee.

Tips of the day
Lemon juice when added to fruit like apples, bananas after cutting, and tossed lightly will prevent them from turning blackish immediately.
