Ingredients

Brussel sprouts-20

Onion-3

Garlic-3

Turmeric-half tsp

Directions

1. Wash and cut the Brussel Spouts into halfs
2. Slice the onions into thin slices
3. Chop the tomatoes
4. Mince the garlic

5.Heat oil in a pan, add garlic , when it turns slightly brown , add onions - let it wither well.

6. Add tomatoes and mix , when it softens , add the garam masala , turmeric , salt and chilli powder , mix and cook for 5 mins (If the mix seems too dry, add a few spoons of water so that the masalas dont burn )

7. Add the Brussel sprouts and mix well and cook with the lid closed (Do not over cook as the nutritional value gets lost - the brussel sprouts should not loose the green colour)

8. Off the gas , add the \"Hot and Sweet Tomato sauce\". Mix well and keep covered.

9. Serve hot with roti or basmati rice .

10. Enjoy !
