1 pkt spaghetti
6 slices chicken (cooked)
3 small bulbs garlic,sliced
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepepr to taste
chopped tomatoes for garnishing


1.Boil water in a large pan and cook spaghetti .
refresh with cold water,drain and drizzle with olive oil.
2.Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
fry garlic and chicken for 3 or 4 mints until fry and crispy.
3.Ina bowl ,whisk egg yolks,cream,parmesian cheese,salt and pepper evenly.
pour mixture into frying pan.
4.Place spaghetti in the pan and mix with the egg mixture to coat the pasta.Toss in chicken mix and simmer for 5 mints.
5.Sprinkle chopped tomatoes on top.
Serve immediatley

Tips of the day
If you have forgotten to soak chana overnight, just put the chana in a boiling water for an hour. They are ready for cooking.
