Ingredients

1 cup thick cream
250gm good quality dark choclate.


Directions

1.Heat the cream in a saucepan until it boils and turnoff the heat
2.Place the choclate in a bowl.Pour the hot cream over the choclate.Mix until the choclate is incorporated into the cream
3.Dip a selection of cut fruits)strawberry,pineapple,mango etc) into the warm choclate for a delicious and fun end to a meal
