Jelly Pudding

Ingredients

Jelly 1 cup
Fresh thick cream 1 cup
Sugar powdered 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Slice fruit of choice (kiwi, lemon, mango, papaya, chickoo) 1/2 cup


Directions

1.Chop jelly into small cubes, keep aside half, in refrigerator. Whip cream with sugar, till
thick enough to form peaks.
2.Blend remaining half jelly crystals, in mixie. Add milk, blend for a few seconds till frothy
and smooth.
3.Chill for an hour or till thick but not set. Stir in whipped cream, fruit, pour and chill till well set.
4.Serve topped with a scoop of icecream or slice fruit.

Tips of the day
Leftover chappathies can be cut into small diamond shaped pieces with a pair of kitchen scissors and deep fried till golden brown. Store in air-tight containers.
