Bise Bela Bath

Ingredients

2 cups of toor dal
4 cups of rice
1 onion
1 cup vegetables
Curry leaves a few
For frying

12 tsp of dhaniya
1/2 cup coconut
Asafoetida a pinch
urud dal - 4 tsp
chana dal - 6 tsp
red chillies-10


Directions

1.Cook 2 cups of dal with 4 cups of rice.
2.Fry the ingredients and then grind them well.
3. Then heat some oil and then add onions 1 chopped fine and curry leaves. Then add ( cooked vegetables carrot , beans , peas, potato) and then add the ground curry paste and then add the cooked rice.
4.Let them cook for about 20 minutes.

Tips of the day
While make any deep fried dish, if the hot oil starts foaming and rises in the pan, add a small piece of tamarind to the oil to prevent foaming and spill over.
