Ingredients

Dosa batter 3 cups


Eggs 3


Pepper powder 1 tsp


Salt to taste


Oil as needed


Directions

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt to it and mix well.

When the pan is fully heated, take some dosa batter and spread it on the pan into a round shape. Now pour the beaten egg on the dosa uniformly and let it cook in the medium heat. Sprinkle with the pepper powder to add taste. Once the batter and eggs are almost cooked and crisp on one side, turn over and allow to cook on the other side.

Tips of the day
While storing the excess dough in the refrigerator coat it with a light layer of ghee or oil. This shall prevent the dough from getting dry.
