Shrimp Stirfry

Ingredients

Shrimp 1 lb


Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp


Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp


Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp


Coriander Powder 1/4 tsp


Green Chilli 4


Curry Leaves a few


Kodampuli(Fish tamarind) 1 piece


Small Onion 25


Ginger 1/2 inch peice


Salt as required


Directions

Cook Shrimp with fishtamarind, turmeric and salt without water, for less than 5 minutes, not letting the shrimp become hard. Remove Kodampuli after cooking.

Heat oil in a pan and saute greenchilly, curry leaves, small onions and ginger for few minutes and then add red chilli powder,coriander powder and pepper powder and cook for a while. Add the cooked shrimp, mix well and simmer for some more time.
