Ingredients

Cauliflower 1
Potatoes 4
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tumeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Cilantro for Garnishing
Salt as per taste
Oil 3 tsp


Directions

Seperate the florets from Cauliflower. Wash and drain. Cut Potatoes into Chunks. Heat Oil in a Pan , add Onions and fry till translucent. Add ginger, garlic Paste, stir well. Add Potatoes , cover it and cook. When the Potatoes are half done , add the flowrets, tumeric and salt. Cover to Cook. Open afer a few minutes, add all the dry powders and mix. Garnish with Cilantro leaves.

Serve hot with Breads, Rice, Rotis as a side dish.

Tips of the day
Remove the stems from chilies before storing them, this will keep them fresher for a long time.
