Clean and cut the meat into small pieces.Grind Chilli powder, black pepper, cloves, ginger paste and coriander into a smooth paste with little water if necessary. Add enough salt to it and mix well. Now apply the ground paste to the meat pieces along with the curd and keep it aside for 4 to 5 hrs to marinate.
Grease a baking tray, put the meat pieces in it and pour the melted Ghee(clarified butter) over it. Bake the mutton pieces in a pre-heated oven for 1 hr till done. Bake it at 200 Degree C for 60 min.
