Gring and make a paste of viniger and whole red chilli together. Chop ginger,garlic and onions. Cut beef in lengthwise. Mix well egg,lime juice and salt and dip the beef pieces and keep it aside for an hour.Dip these beef pieces in corn flour and deep fry in oil.
Take oil in a pan and fry onions till it turns to golden brown in color and add chopped ginger and garlic anf fry for a while.Then add red chilli viniger paste and red color mix well. Add fried beef pieces and mix well and cook for 15 minutes and remove from fire. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
