Ingredients

Rava / suji 2 cups
Small red onion chopped 2 tsp
Green chilli 2 chopped
Curry leaves 1 strip
Urad dal 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Water 3 cups
Salt as per taste
Oil 2 tsp


Directions

Fry rava in a pan till it gives out a dried smell and keep it aside. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Add mustard seeds,urad dals,green chilli, onions and curry leaves fry till its color turns. Add water and allow it to boil. Add salt as per taste. When water is boiled add fried rava in to it. Lower heat and cover the vessel with a lid allowing it to get cooked and all the water is dried.

Tips of the day
To keep celery fresh for long time, wrap it in aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator.
