Ingredients

Semiya 2 cups
Ghee 2 tsp
Whole red chilly 2
Urad dal 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Green chilly chopped 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
Green peas 1/2 cup
Cashewunut chopped 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Salt as required


Directions

Fry semiya in ghee. Then add cocnut milk to semiya and cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Cook cabbage and green peas seperatly. Heat ghee in pan and fry green chillies and then ginger. Add carrot and fry well. Then add cooked cabbage and peas. Remove from the pan and keep it aside. Take little ghee in the same pan and add urad dal, mustard seeds, red chilly and cashew nuts and fry well. Add semiya and other fried items and mix well. Add enough salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Tips of the day
Substitute a batter of maida mixed with water and a pinch of baking powder to coat cutlets instead of eggs.
