Ingredients

Yogurt 2 cups
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek powder a pinch
Mstard seeds 1/4 tsp
Green chillies 2
Cury leaves a few
Oil as required
Salt as required


Directions

Blend the yogurt with green chillies, cumin seeds and little water and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds. When they splutter add curry leaves and little water. Then add turmeric powder and red chilly powder. Then add blended yogurt and keep on stirring till it is just about to boil. Remove from the fire.

Tips of the day
To remove excess salt in any gravy,make some tiny balls of roti dough and let them simmer with the gravy. They absorb excess salt.Remove them before serving.
