InstructionsHeat ghee in a pan add Aval and fry it. Then add 1 cup milk, sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Once the aval is well cooked add another cup of milk and boil it. In a Pan heat the ghee and fry the cashews, raisins and cardamom and add it to the payasam. Serve hot. |
