InstructionsPreheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 9 inch cake pan. Make a batter mixing all the ingredients plus fruit juice and 3 drops of pineapple essence and baking powder. Add a few cashew nuts and dates. Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake in 350 degree F oven for about 45 minutes. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. | ||
