For every one cup of Gulab jamun mix add 1/3 cup of water/milk, mix gently and make dough without lumbs. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes and make small round balls. Fry the balls in moderately hot oil at low heat to get golden brown colourand soak in hot suger syrup$1

For softer jamuns warm them in the syrup for 4 minutes.Put he jamuns in sugar syrup at least half an hour$1

Preparation of Sugar Syru$1

$4issolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.
