InstructionsFry the Semiya in ghee until golden brown and keep it aside. Heat milk in a vessel. When the milk boils and begins to rise, lower the heat and add (vermicelli) fried Semiya and stir well. Continue heating the milk at low heat until the volume of milk reduces considerably. Add sugar and mix well. Remove from the stove. |
