Banana Cake

Very delicious and fast banana cake recipe

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a cake pan. Beat eggs and add banana, powdered sugar and vanilla essence and mix well. Add melted jaggery and mix well. Mix maida, baking powder and sodium bi carbonate together. Then add this to above batter little by little and mix well. Add refined oil and mix well. Pour the half of the batter into prepared pans then add cashews and kismiss and over that pour the remaining cake batter and bake in 350 degree F oven for about 20-30 minutes . Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
