InstructionsHeat jaggery in pan and add little water. Mix banana and rice powder together with out any lumps and add this in to Jaggery. Add cardamom powder, salt, soda powder. Take the "Appakkara"(special vessel for making unniappam) and add oil to each hole. When it boils, pour the mix. Fry both the sides till golden brown. |
