InstructionsMake smooth batter with maida, rice powder, sugar, salt, turmeric and little water. The batter should not be more watery. Cut banana into four pieces. Again cut in to halves. Heat oil in a pan. Dip each piece into the batter and place it on the pan and fry both the sides till golden brown. |
