Mix bengal gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, cooking soda and enough salt to make thick smooth paste and set aside.$1

Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger, garlic and chooped chillies for few minutes and put the onions and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the steamed vegetables, turmeric and salt and mix well. Saute this for 10 minutes. Then pour the lime juice and garnish with cilantro. Remove this from fire.$1

Make lemon sized balls out of this mixture and dip it in the batter. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry few balls at a time, until golden brown$1

Use Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Cabbage etc as vegetables.
