Fish curry with coconut | ||

InstructionsHeat oil in a pan. Fry small onions. When it becomes light brown, add coconut and fry till brown. Then add green chillies, ginger and garlic and fry for a minute. Then grind this and make a paste. Heat a vessel and add the above grinded masala and chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder, fish tamarind and salt. Add cleaned fish when it is boiled. Cook till its gravy become thick. |
