InstructionsCut Squid into very small pieces. Slice onion and green chillies lengthwise. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions green chillies and ginger. Add salt to taste. Add coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric, fish tamarind and fenugreek powder and mix well. Add squid and curry leaves and mix well. Let it cook until done with most of the water evaporated. |
