Soak soya chunks in 3 cups of boiling water for about 10 min. When it becomes soft , drain the water and squeeze all the water from soya. Repeat the same process for 2 to 3 times to remove the raw smell of soya.

In a bowl mix corn flour, salt, and chili powder. Add water and marinate the soya chunks in this mixture for 10-15 minutes. Shallow fry them in oil.

Heat some oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for few sec and dry red chillies and green chillies. Then add onion, capsium and salt to taste. Make sure the onions and capisum are half cooked. Add the fried soy chunks to it. Add in all the chill garlic sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Adjust the salt and spice.
