InstructionsIn a bowl take maida, cornflour, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder and add water as required to make a smooth paste or free flowing but thick batter. Dip each mushrooms into batter making sure it is coated well and then slowly add them one by one to heated oil. Deep fry these mushrooms on medium heat, till they turn golden and crisp. Drain and place them on a plate lined with kitchen towel to absorb excess oil. |
