InstructionsBreak eggs and beat well. Add milk and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it spluter. Then add onions and fry it till golden brown. Add ginger paste ,garlic paste and green chillies. Then add tomatos and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well. Then add beaten eggs and stir well. |
