Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Cut it in to small pieces and cook and keep it aside. Meanwhile grind mint leaves, coriander leaves green chillies, cumin seeds and red onions. Make a paste of ginger and garlic.$1

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and fry till its smell goes. Add grinded paste, chicken, turmeric powder and enough salt. Finally add yoghurt. Cook till its gravy become thick. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Roast cumin seeds on a warm griddle before dry grinding to get a better flavour and grind faster.
