InstructionsHeat the ghee in a heavy bottomed non-stick pan over medium heat and add seviya and fry till golden brown, stirring constantly. Add milk into it and bring it to boil. The semiya/vermicilli will cook in the milk. Remove from the fire and cool to room temperature. |
