InstructionsMix together chopped pineapple, turmeric powder, crushed mustard seeds, jaggery, salt and water in a pan and cook till pinepple are soft and well done. Meanwhile grind jeera seeds,coconut and green chillies. When pineapple is fully cooked, add the coconut mixture. Make sure the gravy must be thick. Stir in yogurt and switch off the stove. Do not boil it after adding yogurt. |
