InstructionsCut panir in to cubes. Wash and drain spinach blanch for 5 minutes strain and blend in a mixer. Heat fat. Add chopped garlic, onions, green chilles, add spinach puree and kasturi methi. Saute till the mixture is alomost dry. Add cream blend well. Add panir cubes. Serve it hot with rotis. |
