InstructionsCook rice and keep it aside. Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, red chilli, urad dal, channa dal, cashew nuts, peanuts and curry leaves. Fry till it's color turns to brown. Then add coconut and fry for a while. Then add rice and mix well. Add salt as per taste. Serve hot. |
