Tasty ans easy raddish curry.

Fry red chillies, coriander, channa dal and cumin seeds in little oil till it is brown and then grind nicely. Grind coconut nicely separately or together with the fried ingredients.

In a vessel cook onion, tomato, raddish with salt and turmeric powder. Once done, add the coconut paste and boil.

Heat oil in another pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves and fry till urad dal turns it color. Pour it to above curry. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

It goes with roti and rice.

Tips of the day
Roast cumin seeds on a warm griddle before dry grinding to get a better flavour and grind faster.
