InstructionsHeat the oil and fry the chopped onions till it turns into golden yellow. Add chopped tomatoes and fry them. Then add the garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, corriander powder, green chillies and fry them. Finally add sliced mushrooms add little water and cook till the mushroom are done. Serve hot. Garnish with corrainder leaves. |
