InstructionsIn a pan, pour 2 teaspoon of cooking oil and warm it up. Sprinkle some mustard seeds and when they pop up pour the french cut beans in it. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes in medium heat. Put turmeric powder, chilli powder and cumin powder and stir well. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 2 tablespoon of yogurt, stir and cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occassionally. When it is done it will not be with too much of gravy. |
