InstructionsWash the fish and remove the bones. Cut into medium size pieces.Take a bowl and add garlic and ginger paste mix with salt, cinnamon powder, red chili powder, pepper powder,cumin powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and yogurt. Marinate fish pieces in this batter for 2 hours. Skewer the fish pieces and roast in a tandoor / oven / grill for 10-15 minutes. Remove, baste with butter and cook further for 5-7 minutes. Remove from skewers and serve hot. |
