InstructionsClean and cut the meat into small pieces.Grind Chilli powder, black pepper, cloves, ginger paste and coriander into a smooth paste with little water if necessary. Add enough salt to it and mix well. Now apply the ground paste to the meat pieces along with the curd and keep it aside for 4 to 5 hrs to marinate. |
