InstructionsChop cabbage, onion and garlic. Heat oil in pan and mustard seed,urad dal and curry leaves. Allow it to splutter and urad dal to turn light brown. Add the chopped cabbage and onion. Then add turmeric powder and salt. Cover it and cook. Usually there will be enough water to cook the vegetable. If not, add a little water.Meanwhile grind coconut, garlic, cumin seeds and green chilly to get a coarse paste. Mix and cook till it is done and water is fully evapourated. |
