Fry semiya in ghee. Then add cocnut milk to semiya and cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Cook cabbage and green peas seperatly.

Heat ghee in pan and fry green chillies and then ginger. Add carrot and fry well. Then add cooked cabbage and peas. Remove from the pan and keep it aside. Take little ghee in the same pan and add urad dal, mustard seeds, red chilly and cashew nuts and fry well. Add semiya and other fried items and mix well. Add enough salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.
