InstructionsTake water in a vessel and let it boil. Pour this hot water little by little in to the rice powder and stir well until it is ready to make smooth dough with out any lumps. Add ghee and salt. Mix well. Take greased idly moulds and spread little coconut on it. Make a ball of dough and putit in to the " Idiappam Maker" and press it. Collect it over the coconut. Keep this inside an idly cooker or in a pressure cooker and steam it. |
