InstructionsRemove the skin of pumpkin dice and clean. Cook it in a little water with turmeric and red chilly powder and mash it. Meanwhile grind coconut, cumin seeds, garlic and pepper. Heat oil in a pan split the mustard, 1 tsp greated coconut, urad dal and curry leaves till it turns to brown. Then add mashed pumpkin, grinded paste and enough salt and mix well. |
