Ingredients

Milk 2 cups
Sugar 4 tbsp
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Vanila Essence 1 tbsp
Mixed fruits 1 cup


Directions

Dissolve the custard powder in little cold milk and keep it aside. Heat the remaining milk to nearly boiling point and pour the above custard mix in to it and stirring well. Mix thoroughly. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the sugar to the custard. Refrigerate for 2/3 hours.

Add mixed furits in to the custard when serving. Use Apple, Banana, Pineapple, Ripe Mango etc as mixed fruits.

Tips of the day
For soft idlies like a sponge do not stir the batter after it has got fermented. Pour the batter as it is.
