2 cans cream of chicken soup
200mg white fish fillet,rubbed with salt and rinsed
10-12 medium prawns,peeled


1.Prepare cream of chicken soup according to instructions on the can
2.While soup is cooking ,slice fish into bite-sized pieces
3.When soup comes to a gentle boil,add fish fillets and prawns and boil again
4.Turn off heat when the seafood is cooked and serve

Tips of the day
Add a little curd to ladyfingers while cooking will ensure that they do not stick to the vessel or turn black.
