Ingredients 1. ice cream 2. sponge cake 3. oil to deep fry. For batter 4. self raising flour (maida) 5. egg & milk
Instructions Make balls of Ice cream (make sure that Ice cream is hard frozen Wrap each ball in thick sponge cake tightly & freeze these balls. Deep fry hard frozen balls just until the batter is solid Serve immediately on a platter of fruit slices.

Roast cumin seeds on a warm griddle before dry grinding to get a better flavour and grind faster.
